Writ petition is instituted, inter alia, praying for publication of result relating to participation of the petitioner in the first State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Class IX & X).

It has been submitted by the learned Advocates representing the parties that First SLST 2016 (Class IX, X, XI & XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court at this stage no order need be passed. Hence the writ petition is dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law in future if situation so arises.
