Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner claims that he is an Indian citizen but his bail prayer was rejected on merits earlier in CRM (SB) 184 of 2022 after considering documents relied by him.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
