As directed by the order dated November 12, 2024 A report dated November 26, 2024, of the Chairman, District Primary School Council, 24Parganas (South), the respondent no.4 herein, is filed; let it be kept with the record.

The report suggests that the petitioner is a surplus teacher at Nischintapur F.P. School under Karanjali Circle of the said Council.

The representation of the petitioner dated July 16, 2024 praying general transfer, which forms part of the writ petition being Annexure 'P-4', is pending before the Sub-Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Karanjali Circle the respondent no.5 herein.

The respondent no.5 is directed to prepare a report as to whether the learning process of the students of the school would be affected if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, and thereafter shall forward the said representation along with his report to the respondent no.4.

The respondent no.4 within a period of six weeks from the date receipt of the records from the respondent no.5 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

WPA 24718 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to be admitted.

Urgent Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
