Mr. Gourav Das, learned Advocate for the District Primary School Council(D.P.S.C.), 24Parganas (South), the respondent no. 3 herein, in compliance with the order dated November 12, 2024, files the report of the Chairman of the said Council, let it be kept with the record.

The said report indicates that the petitioner is a surplus teacher of the Arunnagar F.P. School of Karanjali Circle under the said Council.

The representation of the petitioner for general transfer dated July 15, 2024 is pending consideration before the Sub-Inspector of Schools (P.E.), of the said Karanjali Circle, the respondent no.5 herein, the said representation forms part of the writ petition being Annexure 'P-4'.

The respondent no.5 is directed to scrutinize the said application and to forward the same along

with a report to the Chairman, D.P.S.C., 24Parganas (South), the respondent no.4 herein for his consideration.

The respondent no.4, upon receipt of the said representation, shall dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of it.

WPA 24773 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents. Urgent Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
