From the ordersheets appended to this application this Court finds that date was fixed for service returns upon the legal heirs of the opposite party in the said miscellaneous case.

C.O. 3539 of 2024 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, District Delegate at Barrackpore to make an endeavour to dispose of the Miscellaneous Case No. 169 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments after the same is made ready for hearing.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
