1. Ms. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing in support of the aforesaid revisional application by placing before this Court the communication dated 20th November, 2024 would submit that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the revisional application and seeks leave to withdraw the same.

2. Let the aforesaid communication dated 20th November, 2024 as placed before this Court be retained with the record.

3. Having regard to the submissions made hereinabove, let the revisional application being C.O. 3538 of 2024 be dismissed as withdrawn.
