Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has been implicated on the vague accusations of alleged recovery of 4993 bottles of phensedyl and is in custody for one year five months. Petitioner submits that as there is no possibility of the trial concluding in near future, he may be released on bail on any stringent conditions. Learned advocate for the State submitted that charges have already been framed and witness action is continuing. State is directed to examine the seizure list witnesses within a period of 60 days from the next date fixed before the learned trial Court.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the said witnesses are examined.

At this stage, CRM (NDPS) 1309 of 2025 is dismissed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
