Learned magistrate upon consideration of the materials on record enlarged the opposite party-accused on interim bail. In view of the aforesaid and as the order is an inter locutory one, we are of the opinion grievances expressed before this court may be agitated before the learned magistrate at the time of confirmation of bail.

With this observation, application for cancellation of bail being CRM (DB) 3929 of 2022 is disposed of.
