Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 1 year 3 months and there has been no progress in the case since his arrest and detention in connection with the instant case.

Learned advocate for the State draws the attention of the Court to the fact that the petitioner is absconding since the year 2011. In spite of best of the efforts, the police authorities could not trace him out. It is because of the present petitioner, the trial of the case has been delayed.

Having considered the period of delay, I direct the learned court in seisin of the case to consider whether within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order it would be feasible to overcome the stage of consideration of charges.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the aforesaid stage is over.

Presently, CRM(M) 2063 of 2025 is dismissed.
