1. This appeal is directed against refusal of interim order dated 20th September, 2023 passed in WPA 22714 of 2023. Learned writ Court after considering the facts of the case, prima facie, found that the appellant/writ petitioner has not made out any grounds for grant of stay of the e-tender process. This appeal was in the list of this Court since October 2023 and on three occasions adjournment was sought for.

2. None appears for the appellant.

3. Learned advocate for the respondents submitted that the work order has already been issued and the successful tenderer has commenced the work in question. A copy of the work order along with the connected communication have been placed before this Court which are taken on record.

4. In the light of the above, we find no grounds to interfere with the interim order. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application are dismissed.
