1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of Sagardighi Police Station in preventing the private respondents from interfering with his construction.

3. Admittedly, a civil suit being Title Suit No. 81 of 2018 is pending before the learned Civil Judge, Additional Court, Jangipur, Murshidabad in this regard.

4. The petitioner may obtain civil remedies in the aforesaid civil proceedings.

5. Sagardighi Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
