Despite service nobody has appeared for the State or for the District Primary School Council.

The petitioner was transferred in the year 2017 in a primary school in Kendua Biss Free Primary School. Since 2017 he is working there. Now he wants his appointment there to be regularised which has not been done as yet.

I direct the Chairman of District Primary School Council, Paschim Bardhaman, being the respondent no.6 to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date and to pass a reasoned order by two weeks and to communicate it by one week thereafter.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
