Police report reflects that police have put in sincere efforts and have kept strict vigil which they would continue in

future and will ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place at the locality in respect of the subject-matter of the property referred to in the writ petition.

It is further directed that the police would ensure that no untoward incident happens in future with regard to the disputes and differences between the petitioner and the private respondents over the subject-matter of the property.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24710 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be also kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed to the learned advocate for the petitioner and the private respondents.
