1. The petitioner has preferred this writ application alleging inaction on the part of the police authorities.

2. Prayer has been made for directing the police for proper investigation.

3. A report has been filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Singur Police Station dated 13th October, 2025 wherefrom it appears that a specific case has been started.

4. Let a copy of the report be served upon the learned advocate for the petitioner.

5. As it appears that the relief and the grievance of the petitioner have been addressed by the police

authorities, accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
