Prima facie it appears that the contraband articles were seized from a place over which the petitioner has controlled. The investigation is at the preliminary stage, commercial quantity of narcotics have been seized from the place.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. 3.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. 4.
