The innocuous prayer is made by the petitioner herein, for expeditious disposal of M. Execution Case No. 36 of 2022 pending before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Alipore, South 24 Parganas. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for both the parties that the proceeding drawn up under Section 125(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is reserved for final verdict.

It is submitted by the petitioner, that arrear maintenance is pending and the execution proceeding should be expedited.

The learned Counsel for the opposite party submitted that interim maintenance is continued to be paid and the opposite party shall pay the arrear maintenance subject to the final order.

Accordingly, the instant Criminal Revision being CRR 4284 of 2024 stands disposed of.
