The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated September 12, 2022 passed by the Administrator, Bally Municipality directing the petitioner to remove the boxshaped window grill fixed in the premises in question. The petitioner intends to prefer an appeal from the order dated September 12, 2022 but submits that the learned appellate forum is not accepting the appeal as the order of the Administrator, Bally Municipality is not properly stamped and sealed.

It does not appear from the documents annexed to the writ petition that the petitioner applied for obtaining certified copy of the order.

It will be open for the petitioner to apply for obtaining certified copy of the order impugned. If an

application for certified copy is made, the same shall be supplied by the Municipality within a week from the date of making the application.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
