Records of the case reflect that interim bail was granted on 30.01.2025 and from time to time, the same was extended. It has been informed by the learned advocate appearing for the State that the present stage is for evidence of defence witness i.d., arguments of the case. Having considered the state of the case and the period for which the petitioner is on interim bail, I am inclined to confirm the interim bail subject to the same terms and conditions as were imposed on 30.01.2025 with an additional rider that a lady police personnel of Usthi Police Station will every alternate day give a surprise visit at the residence of the petitioner to check regarding her availability and would on every 15 days submit a report through the

Inspector-in-Charge, Usthi Police Station to the learned Trial Court being the learned Special Court (POCSO Act) and 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Alipore, South 24-Parganas. The application for bail, being CRM (DB) 3424 of 2024, is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
