Exception used by the petitioner is taken on record. In WPA 23968 of 2025 the sole prayer of the petitioner is for a direction upon the police authority to implement the order passed by this Court in WPA 23475 of 2025 on 25th September, 2025 directing the police to ensure that so far as the property referred to in the said writ petition was concerned, the same would not interfered with by any third party.
It appears from the report submitted by the State and is also submitted on behalf of the State that the said order is being implemented by the police authority continuously. The police authority is keeping sharp watch on the property to restrain any third party from entering thereto.
In view of the above, nothing further remains to be dealt with in the writ petition being WPA 23968 of 2025. The same is accordingly disposed of.
There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
WPA 23475 of 2025 is detagged from WPA 23968 of 2025.
WPA 23475 of 2025 shall appear under the heading <Motion= on 10th March, 2026.
