The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda is personally present in Court. He has submitted that letters dated 16th September, 2022 and 13th January, 2023 addressed to the head of all the institutions under the Chanchal-I Block, Malda, have been sent asking for a replacement of teacher in place and stead of the petitioner. The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda is yet to receive any consent for such replacement from any nearby school for teaching the subject of geography in place and stead of the petitioner in Kharba Hari Narayan Agril High School. In that view of the matter, this Court sees no contempt. The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda shall continue to make efforts to trace out replacement and shall send reminders every fortnight to every school.

In that view of the matter, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
