The matter has appeared in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned'

for correction of a typographical error which cropped up in the order dated 4th March, 2024.

In the 1st line in page 1 of the said order the word "Deputy" should read as "District".

The appearance of the learned advocate appearing for the Howrah Zilla Parisahd has wrongly not been incorporated in the said order.

Be it recorded that Ms. Mekhla Sinha, learned advocate represented Howrah Zilla Parishad before this Court on the said date.

The order dated 4th March, 2024 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
