Bandyopadhyay ....for the Alleged Contemnor The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor has produced certain documents and submitted that the order, violation of which is the subject matter of the present contempt application, has been complied with, and in compliance with the order the District Magistrate, Nadia has taken a decision and a copy of those documents including the reasoned order of the District Magistrate have been handed over to Mr. Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the applicant/petitioner in Court today.

Since the order passed in WPA 8839 of 2008 has been complied with, I am no longer inclined to proceed with the contempt application.

Accordingly, the contempt application being CPAN 1614 of 2024 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
