The revisional application was earlier called on 18.11.2023 when none represented the petitioner. Today when the revisional application has been called, the petitioner is not represented.

The subject-matter of this revisional application relates to Joynagar Police Station Case No. 224(6)09 under Sections 498A/325/302 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is aggrieved regarding the process so issued.

Having regard to the gravity of the offences, I am not inclined to interfere with the process so issued by the learned jurisdictional court.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3934 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
