1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

2. This is an application filed by the petitioner for passing appropriate order in the light of withdrawal of complaint filed by the petitioner.

3. It is submitted that pursuant to a settlement between the parties, the case has been withdrawn before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Calcutta and copy of the order be taken.

4. Heard the submission and prays for dismissal of this revision application being infrustuous.

5. The learned counsel representing the opposite party conceded to such fact.

6. On perusal of the order dated September 2, 2024, it transpires that in view of the direction passed in CRR 3917 of 2022, the matter is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Calcutta has been dispose of. In consequently thereof,

this present revisional application arising of the said case is hereby became infructuous.

7. Accordingly, this revisional application dismissed as infructuous.
