1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with the records.

2. Three primary school teachers have jointly filed a composite application before the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhaman seeking mutual transfer. The same is pending consideration.

3. Without going into the merits of the said application, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhaman to take a decision on the said application in

accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties immediately thereafter.

4. As the petitioners have already put in more than two years in service, accordingly, the Council will not insist upon production of their letter of confirmation at the time of consideration of the application seeking transfer.

5. Learned advocate for the petitioners shall forward a copy of the application seeking transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communication of this order.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
