It is submitted on behalf of the State that the subject land has been acquired as far back as on 2005 and necessary compensation has been duly paid to the recorded owner of the land.

In view of the above, W.P.A. No. 24244 of 2022 stands dismissed for default.

There shall be no order as to costs.
