Hossain .....For the Petitioner Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharjee Mr. Manas Kumar Sadhu ........For the State Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick Mr. Biman Halder ....For the DPSC, Hooghly In this petition the petitioner has prayed for release of salary from 02.07.2021 alleging that though she rejoined the school after her B. Ed. training (without leave) on 02.07.2021 but from a report of the present Chairperson of Hooghly District Primary School Council dated 17.04.2023 annexing one letter of the petitioner it is found that she has clearly stated in the letter that she has resumed her duty on 25.03.2023 at 10.40 a.m. as the Assistant Teacher of the school. Therefore, there is no question of payment of salary to the petitioner from 02.07.2021. Her salary shall be paid from the date of her joining that is 25.03.2023.

With the observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.

The report in original along with the original
