1. In the first line of 10th paragraph at page 5 of the judgment dated 06.05.2025, it was inadvertently written as "Mr. Kumar Jyoti Tiwari" instead of "Rwitendra Banerjee".

2. Further in the 2nd line of 11th paragraph at page 6 it was inadvertently written as "Zalour Singh(supra)" instead of "Jalour Singh (supra)".

3. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the said judgment.

4. The other portion of the judgment dated 06.05.2025 will remain unaltered.

5. This order shall be treated as a part of the judgment dated 06.05.2025.
