The appellant has preferred the present contempt application, being CPAN 1109 of 2022 on the allegation that the alleged contemnor has violated the order passed by this Court dated 5th of August, 2022.

Learned Counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that the respondents have preferred an SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court but by an order dated 6th February, 2023, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal and after the dismissal of the appeal, the alleged contemnor has complied with the order passed by this Court and the petitioner has already joined the service on 23rd March, 2023. The order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 6th February, 2023

and joining report dated 23rd March, 2023 be kept with the record.

In view of the above circumstance, we find that no order can be passed and accordingly CPAN 1109 of 2022 is disposed of.
