In view of the submission made by the counsel for the alleged contemnors, the case is adjourned for four weeks.

Counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that the contemnor nos.3 and 4 have been retired and new incumbents have been joined.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for time to take appropriate steps for inclusion of the names of the new incumbents who have joined as District Inspector of Schools (SE) Paschim Medinipur and Additional

District Inspector of Schools (SE) Kharagpur, being the contemnor nos.3 and 4.
