Record of the case reflects that petitioners are in custody for more than two and half years and according to the petitioners, there has been hardly any progress in the trial.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that out of 31 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 17 witnesses have already been examined and efforts are being made to conclude the trial at the earliest. 3.

Report filed by the State is taken on record. 4.

Having considered the complicity of the present petitioners in the alleged offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to them.
