Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that presently the defence evidence has commenced before the learned Trial Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State also submits that the case is at the advanced stage.

At this belated stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Petitioner would be at liberty to canvass all the issues before the learned Trial Court at the stage of final arguments of the case.

Any observation made above, is restricted for disposing of the bail application and should not have any impact on the merits of the case.

The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1324 of 2025, is, thus, disposed of.
