Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 11 months and till date the case has not been committed to the court of sessions. Having regard to the nature of the offence as is revealed from the case diary produced by the learned advocate for the State, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Learned ACJM, Jangipur, Murshidabad would take steps to ensure that the copies are supplied and steps be taken for commitment of the case to the court of sessions. At this stage, CRM(M) 2080 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
