Petitioner has not complied with the condition of anticipatory bail on or after March 2020.

It is contended petitioner was unable to comply with the condition of anticipatory bail due to outbreak of Covid Pandemic. However, in spite of relaxation of restrictions on movement after the pandemic subsided, petitioner has not complied with the condition of anticipatory bail imposed upon him. Hence, we are not inclined to relax the condition of anticipatory bail imposed upon the petitioner at present. He is directed to comply with the conditions of bail expeditiously. Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of anticipatory bail being CRAN 1 of 2020 ( Old CRAN 1160 of 2020) is rejected.
