Mr. Aniq Rajesh Haziz .....For the petitioner The petitioner claimed for expeditious disposal of application of temporary injunction in accordance with law under Order 39 Rule 3A of the Code of Civil Procedure in connection with Title Suit No. 1590 of 2025.

In view of such prayer, a service of notice of the Revisional application upon the opposite party is dispensed with.

The Learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the temporary injunction application as expeditiously as possible after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties without granting unnecessary adjournment and in accordance with law.

In the above observation, C.O. 3760 of 2025 is disposed of.

Parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
