1. This writ petition been preferred by the writ petitioners for non-consideration of the representation dated 17th July, 2025.

As it appears that a representation is pending consideration before the Hooghly-Chinsurah Municipality being the respondent no. 7 herein, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the aforesaid respondent to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioners in accordance with law at the earliest after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.
