Mr. Shaunak Ghosh, Mr. Sourav Mondal ... for the private respondents Inadvertent typographical mistake has crept into the order dated 19th December, 2023 mentioning the CAN application number as "CAN 3 of 2003" instead of "CAN 3 of 2023" in the cause title. The number of the CAN application in the aforesaid order in the cause title be read as "CAN 3 of 2023" instead of "CAN 3 of 2003". The order dated 19th December, 2023 is modified to the above extent.

Other portions of the order dated 19th December, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

None appears on behalf of the petitioners nor any accommodation has been sought for.

On the last occasion, i.e. 19th December, 2023, the petitioners also failed to appear.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 22319 of 2007 is dismissed for default along with connected applications, if any.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
