Mr. Sudhakar Thakur Mr. Mritunjay Saha .....For the petitioner The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the application under Order 39 Rule 7 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure in connection with Title Suit No. 829 of 2024 pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 10th Court at Alipore thereby praying for commission of the suit property involved in the title suit for proper and effective disposal of the Title Suit.

The said application was filed by the petitioner on 22nd April, 2025.

Such prayer appears reasonable and genuine.

However, same may be disposed of in accordance with law.

In view of the fact that service of notice as well as application upon the opposite party is hereby dispensed with, the trial court is requested to dispose of the said application as early as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

In the above observation, C.O. 3763 of 2025 is disposed of.

Parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
