Sri, Srikanta Ghosh, the Assistant Divisional Forest Officer, Birbhum Division is personally present in Court. It has been submitted that field inspection was conducted and a status report regarding survival of the seedlings have been filed. The same is taken on record.

The ADFO is directed to geo tag the trees so that the Court and the forest officers can monitor and keep a track on the growth and maintenance of the said trees.

A quarterly report with regard to the survival of the trees shall be forwarded to the Court on regular basis.

The ADFO submits that he has been transferred to Kolkata. The said officer is directed to intimate this order to the other officers and his successor-in-interest so that the very purpose of passing the aforesaid order is achieved and not frustrated.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
