2. The matter is put up for necessary rectification of the name of the respondent/claimant No. 1 in the cause title of the memorandum of appeal recorded as „Sipla Saha‟. It is contended that the name be rectified and read as "Silpa Saha". The amendment be carried out by the department within a period of two weeks.

3. The order dated 28.11.2025 directing rectification stands modified as observed above. Other contents of the order dated 28.11.2025 shall remain unaltered.
