2. This writ petition has been preferred alleging inaction on the part of the respondent authorities.

3. It is submitted that a representation through email dated 07.10.2025 is pending consideration before the respondent authorities.

4. The petitioner in the instant writ petition has challenged the order passed by the appellate authority with regard to re-measurement of the height and chest of the writ petitioner and thereby disqualifying him in the appointment.

5. As the writ petitioner has already made a representation through email on 7.10.2025 before the respondent authorities, no fruitful

purpose will be served by keeping this writ petition pending.

6. Thus, the writ petitioner is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 or any other authority which may be designated to consider the representation dated 7.10.2025 of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned order.

7. With the above, directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.

8. Since the matter in being disposed of without calling for any affidavits, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

9. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
