Learned advocate also submits that the petitioner was shown arrested in connection with the instant case.

Learned advocate for the State submit that there are antecedents of the petitioner and fake website was created by using mobile phone which belongs to the petitioner. Having considered the materials appearing against the present petitioner, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 2093 of 2025 is Rejected.
