Mr. Sudhakar Thakur Mr. Aniq Rajesh Hafis .....For the petitioner Mr. Raghunath Chakraborty Mr. Supratick Syamal Ms. Amrita De .....For the respondents The petitioner filed this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 25th September, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 5th Court at Alipore in Title Suit no. 1548 of 2025 as well as pray for expeditious disposal of the application for interim injunction in accordance with law.

On the other hand the learned counsel representating the opposite parties knowing the fact of pendency of this revisional application.

Having heard the submission of the respective parties and upon perusal of the record, this court is of the opinion that there is no need to interfere with the Ad-interim order passed by the learned Trial court at this stage. However, the learned Trial court is requested to dispose of the temporary application as early as

possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to the either of the parties independently and in accordance with law.

Accordingly, C.O. 3762 of 2025 is disposed of. Vokalatnama be filed in the department in course of the day.
