1. By way of public interest litigation the petitioner i.e. a practicing advocate before this court, alleges that a private party has put up construction without obtaining any planning permission.

2. We find that the said private party has not been impleaded in the appropriate manner.

3. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain these writ petitions as PILs.

Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed.
