I have heard Ms. Karabi Roy, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner who submits for not pressing the application whereby the petitioner's wife has challenged the order dated 5th July, 2019 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tehatta in Criminal Appeal No. 18 of 2017, whereby the appellate court allowed the appeal by modifying the part of the order passed in M.R. Case No. 58 (IV) of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tehatta, who had directed the opposite party/husband to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- and Rs.3000/- respectively to the petitioner/wife and their minor daughter per month with a further direction that the opposite party/husband will pay a sum of Rs.2000/- in lieu of residential accommodation in favour of the petitioner. Since the petitioner is not interested in pressing this application let this matter be treated as disposed of on being not pressed.
