Earlier the writ petition appeared on 06.11.2024 when it was submitted on behalf of the petitioner that service has not been completed. Subsequently, the writ petition appeared on 03.12.2024 when accommodation was sought for on behalf of the petitioner.

Mr. Basu, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State.

I have considered the plight expressed by the petitioner particularly in respect of the information sent on 29th February, 2024.

Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioner, I direct that if the petitioner is faced with similar inconveniences, a fresh representation be submitted before the concerned police authorities who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24825 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
