Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 253 days and claims to be an Indian national.

Learned advocate for the defacto complainant is present and opposes the prayer for bail.

State has produced the case diary.

Petitioner was evading the process of law for a considerable period of time. Proclamation was issued and there are other issues so far as the present petitioner is concerned which do not warrant his release on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(M) 2097 of 2025 is dismissed at this stage. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
