Mr. Jalaluddin ... Petitioner-in-person On being served with an administrative notice the writ petitioner in the present case has appeared in the present case.

The present writ petition was preferred by the writ petitioner praying for direction upon the respondents to accept the application of the petitioner and consider the relaxation of the qualifying age of the petitioner on the ground of longer experienced candidate and allow his candidature for recruitment for one of the posts of Pharmacist on purely contractual basis in the District Murshidabad as a special case as early as possible. It is now submitted by the petitioner that he has already reached age of 58 and his relief has now become infructuous and as such he does not wish to proceed with the case.

Considering the submission made by the writ petitioner in person and the materials on record and

relief prayed for the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
