Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation was furnished by the petitioner with the Officer-in-Charge, Narendrapur Police Station as well as the superior officer of police. The said representation was for the reason that the petitioner because of disturbance, interference and threat at the behest of the private respondents could not enjoy his property.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the dispute between the petitioner and private respondents relate to possession of a land. However, police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Sections 126/135 of the BNSS.

Having considered that such a representation was submitted on July, 2024, almost a year ago, petitioner is granted liberty to file afresh

before the concerned police station, if he is faced with inconveniences.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24795 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
