Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has prayed for confirmation of the interim bail which has earlier granted on 19.12.2024.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report do not reflect any adverse conduct of the present petitioner.

Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that the interim bail granted on 19.12.2024 be confirmed on the same terms and conditions as was earlier imposed by this Court.

Accordingly, CRM (DB) 3444 of 2024 is allowed.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
